Our Goal

Hop N’ Pop Fitness is a program designed to help kids stay healthy and fit while still having tons of fun!

Class Schedule

Events run for 45 minutes from 11 am to 11:45 am on specific Fridays

Every class will have different activities that have to do with fitness so every time is a fun new surprise and keeps the kids intrigued every class!
